Dow Technologies and Systems

Dow Technologies and Systems is a software, consulting, and professional services provider company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Professional Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Dow Technologies and Systems is based in Newark, New Jersey. Their site is dowtechie.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Dow Technologies and Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
