Dovel Technologies

Dovel Technologies provides high-end software and application development to government clients. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Dovel Technologies is based in Mclean, Virginia and around since 2005. You can read more at doveltech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Dovel Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
