Doug Fleener

Doug Fleener is a custom software development company. We help retailers and other customer-focused companies dramatically improve their customer experience and their results. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Doug Fleener is based in Lexington, Massachusetts. You can read more at dougfleener.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Doug Fleener? Rate it.
