dotphase

Here is dotphase in plain terms. Dot Phase is a software development company specializing in the creation of technology solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

dotphase is based in Aurora, Illinois and around since 1992. Their site is dotphase.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know dotphase well, your review carries weight here.
