dotCMS

Content Management System, SaaS, Open Source, Java. That is the short version of dotCMS. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Open Source. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

dotCMS is based in Miami, Florida. More on dotcms.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with dotCMS, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
