Doradus Labs

Doradus Labs is a software development and technical support company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Machine Learning and Technical Support. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Doradus Labs is based in Golden, Colorado. Their site is doraduslabs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Doradus Labs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
