DoodleOne

DoodleOne is a mobile app for handwriting messaging solutions. Put simply, it is about replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

Who is it for? Mostly every team. Alongside the main category they mention Messaging and Mobile Apps. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DoodleOne is based in Cupertino, California. You can read more at doodleone.com.

Things worth asking about: search, retention policies, and external guest access. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
