Dolphin Tech

Dolphin Tech offers web development, technical publication, and IT services, specializing in custom XML development. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized businesses. Alongside the main category they mention Digital Marketing and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dolphin Tech is based in Remote, Oregon. More on webmobileprint.com.
