DocuVital

Here is DocuVital in plain terms. Streamlines the costly and time consuming process of wrapping a loved one's life when they pass. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DocuVital is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and around since 2015. More on docuvital.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
