Doculabs

Doculabs provides information management strategy consulting services for ECM, CCM, and IRG. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development, CMS, Consulting, Data Center Automation and Document Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Doculabs is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on info.doculabs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Doculabs well, your review carries weight here.
