Content Intelligence System. That is the short version of dLoop. Put simply, it is about turning data into dashboards and reports people actually read.

The natural audience is analysts and leadership teams. They also list Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
