DLH Technology

DLH Technology Consulting LLC provides IT consulting services, focusing on customer satisfaction and effective solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Data Integration and Hardware. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DLH Technology is based in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Their site is dlhtechnologyconsulting.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know DLH Technology well, your review carries weight here.
