DL Host

DL Host is one of the world's top largest web hosting companies supporting thousands of hosted domains. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

DL Host is based in Erlanger, Kentucky and around since 2001. You can read more at dlhost.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with DL Host, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
