Diskovery

Diskovery offers software, site licenses, computer products, and books to the education community at an academic price. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Books and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Diskovery is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Their site is diskovery.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Diskovery well, your review carries weight here.
