Directful

A single platform to run your travel company. That is the short version of Directful. In practice that means building AI products and features, often for other companies.

The natural audience is companies adding AI to a product. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Hospitality, Mobile, Personalization and Travel, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Directful is based in Dublin, California and founded in 2020. You can read more at directful.com.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
