DirecTeq

DirecTeq provides software solutions and IT infrastructure services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

DirecTeq is based in Darrington, Washington. You can read more at directeq.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know DirecTeq well, your review carries weight here.
