Dintecom

Dintecom provides software development and consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Database. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Dintecom is based in Florida, New York and around since 1993. Their site is dintecom.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Dintecom, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
