Diner Connection

On-Line wait-list software for restaurants that sends a text message when guest's tables are ready. That is the short version of Diner Connection. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Diner Connection is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and founded in 2010. You can read more at dinerconnection.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Diner Connection well, your review carries weight here.
