Dimensional Insight

Dimensional Insight is a provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Dimensional Insight is based in Burlington, Massachusetts. Their site is dimins.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Dimensional Insight, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
