DigiTar

DigiTar develops customized web security, email hosting, and email security solutions for various organizations. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Security and Email. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DigiTar is based in Boise, Idaho. More on digitar.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with DigiTar, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
