Digitalrep provides software and services for retailers and consumer packaged goods companies. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
