Digital Workorder

Digital Workorder is an IT company that offers process to work order automation through mobile forms with analytics information. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Consulting and Mobile Apps. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Digital Workorder is based in Downers Grove, Illinois. Their site is digitalworkorder.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Digital Workorder, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
