Digital Information Services

Digital Information Services is a provider of computer hardware & software consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Digital Information Services is based in Fairview, North Carolina. Their site is diginfoserv.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Digital Information Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
