Dexmi

In modern terms the deus ex machina describes a being or object that suddenly appears and solves a seemingly insoluble difficulty. That is the short version of Dexmi. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dexmi is based in Venice, California. You can read more at shop.us.deuscustoms.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Dexmi, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
