Devize

Devize offers a visual development platform and custom apps for PE teams, replacing spreadsheets with automated workflows. In practice that means storing and querying application data reliably.

Who is it for? Mostly developers and data teams. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Database, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Devize is based in Lehi, Utah. You can read more at devize.com.

Our checklist for this category: managed options, backups, and scaling costs. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Devize, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
