Device Events

Device Events is a cloud based software service company. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services, Database, Events and News. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Device Events is based in York, Pennsylvania. Their site is deviceevents.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Device Events, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
