Detect Auto

Detect Auto is a computer vision system that uses Wi-Fi cameras to provide actionable insights to improve auto repair service centers. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Analytics and Automotive, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Detect Auto is based in Fargo, North Dakota. More on detectauto.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Detect Auto, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
