DeJarnette Research Systems

DeJarnette Research Systems, Inc. has been known for technical innovation. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DeJarnette Research Systems is based in Towson, Maryland. You can read more at dejarnette.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
