DeftPDF

DeftPDF is an all-in-one PDF tool that does not need installations or subscriptions. The job it does: writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

It makes the most sense for teams that produce a lot of documents. They also list Document Management, Innovation Management and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DeftPDF is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and founded in 2013. More on deftpdf.com.
