Decisiv

Decisiv provides service relationship management and business intelligence solutions for commercial assets. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Cloud Data Services and Public Transportation. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Decisiv is based in Glen Allen, Virginia and founded in 2001. Their site is decisiv.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Decisiv, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
