Decision Toolbox

Decision Toolbox provides progressive recruitment solutions for companies nationwide. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Professional Services and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Decision Toolbox is based in Irvine, California. You can read more at dtoolbox.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
