Decision Mate

Decision Mate offers a video-enabled customer engagement and feedback platform. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Decision Mate is based in Key West, Florida. You can read more at decisionmate.app.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
