Decision Analytics

Decision Analytics is an information technology service provider company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Decision Analytics is based in Arlington, Virginia. You can read more at danalytics.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Decision Analytics, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
