DCX

DCX specializes in cloud colocation, sterling network, data centers, and base layer services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services and Data Center. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DCX is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. You can read more at dcx.us.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know DCX well, your review carries weight here.
