DCRE Labs

DCRE Labs provides IT solutions by working closely with clients to build systems that meet current and future needs. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

DCRE Labs is based in Lexington, Kentucky. You can read more at dcre-labs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with DCRE Labs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
