Davis & Company

Davis & Company is an award-winning firm that helps companies reach, engage and motivate their employees. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Employee Benefits and Human Resources. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Davis & Company is based in Montvale, New Jersey and around since 1984. You can read more at davisandco.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Davis & Company well, your review carries weight here.
