Datto provides security and cloud-based software solutions designed specifically for managed service providers. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
