Datroo Technologies

Datroo Technologies is an IT firm that specializes in security, LAN, and WAN solutions, managed IT, virtualization, and cloud services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, IT Management, Network Security and Virtualization. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Datroo Technologies is based in Abilene, Texas. Their site is datroo.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
