Datotel

Datotel is a business that provides their clients with cloud computing, colocation, and green technology. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Cloud Computing, IaaS and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Datotel is based in Chicago, Illinois and founded in 2004. More on datotel.com.
