DateID

DateID provides online dating verification services, using AI to compile detailed profiles for safer dating experiences. Put simply, it is about building AI products and features, often for other companies.

It makes the most sense for companies adding AI to a product. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI). As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DateID is based in Emeryville, California. You can read more at dateid.com.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with DateID, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
