Dataviz IT Solutions

Dataviz IT Solutions Inc. offers IT consulting, staff augmentation, and software services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Big Data, Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Dataviz IT Solutions is based in Dedham, Massachusetts. Their site is datavizit.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Dataviz IT Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
