DataTerrain

DataTerrain is an automation technology firm offering Business Intelligence & data analytics & reporting service. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Business Intelligence, Database and Technical Support. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

DataTerrain is based in Palo Alto, California. More on dataterrain.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with DataTerrain, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
