Datatel Solutions

Datatel Solutions is a Master Agent that represents over 50 different service providers. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Datatel Solutions is based in Roseville, California. More on datatelsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Datatel Solutions? Rate it.
