Datatek

Datatek is a dynamic firm that primarily focuses on performing database and programming language conversions to its diverse clintele. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Database, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Datatek is based in Wake Forest, North Carolina and founded in 1992. You can read more at datatek-net.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
