Datascoops

Datascoops offers an analytics software that helps executives and senior managers to correlate diverse performance metrics from their data. Put simply, it is about scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

It makes the most sense for social and community managers. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Datascoops is based in Waltham, Massachusetts. More on datascoops.com.

Things worth asking about: which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
