DataRunway

Datarunway is in the software industry offering business consulting and data management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Data Management and Management Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DataRunway is based in San Antonio, Texas. More on datarunway.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with DataRunway, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
