DataRaker

DataRaker, a software company, offers a cloud-based analytics platform that provides advanced data analysis services for utility companies. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics and Big Data. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DataRaker is based in Sausalito, California. You can read more at dataraker.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with DataRaker, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
