Datanational Corporation

Datanational Corporation is an IT company specializing in enterprise software and services solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list CRM and Robotics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Datanational Corporation is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan and around since 1979. Their site is datanat.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Datanational Corporation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
