DataLuminate

DataLuminate is a provider of data analytics services to clients. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Big Data and Business Intelligence. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DataLuminate is based in Mclean, Virginia and around since 2013. Their site is dataluminate.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know DataLuminate well, your review carries weight here.
