Datakus

Datakus develops information technology solutions for businesses of all sizes. Put simply, it is about running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

It makes the most sense for developers and businesses of every size. They also list Cloud Computing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Datakus is based in Honolulu, Hawaii. You can read more at datakus.us.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Datakus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
